This website belongs to and is run by the person identified on our About page.

2. Purpose of the site

Everything here describes a one-person practice working in independent land surveying: boundary and topographic surveys, setting out from drawings, as-built records and volume checks, delivered as measured drawings and a written report. The text and illustrations are information only; nothing on the site is an offer, a reservation or a contract.

3. Pictures and descriptions

If pictures appear on this site they are illustrations of our kind of work, not photographs of stock. Availability, specification and price are confirmed in writing when we quote, not on this page.

4. Sending a message

Sending a message creates an enquiry, nothing more. Nothing is reserved, booked or sold through this website, and no payment is taken here. Anything binding is agreed separately, in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Text, layout and illustrations are ours or our licensors' and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.

6. Liability

We try to keep the site accurate and fix mistakes as we find them. Nothing in these terms takes away a consumer's statutory rights.

7. Jurisdiction

The law of the place of the address given on the About page governs these terms.
